| TBA | The CVA's 8th Annual Spring Dust-off, Mansfield Hollow State Park, Mansfield, CT from 9am to 3pm. Held rain or shine. This is an informal, non-judged car show. Dash Plaques to the first 200 cars. Last year we had almost 250 cars, so arrive early. Bring a picnic lunch and enjoy the cars and your fellow VW comrades! | TBA | The 7th annual BSVWOC's "Dust Off" Dust off will be held on Saturday, April 30, 2006, Rain Date is Sunday, May 1, 2006. The tour will meet at the Holiday Inn at the junctions of route 1 and route 95/128 located in Dedham Ma. Meet time is 9:30 am departing at 10:00am. Our first stop will be at Greg's VW Repair in Natick Ma. Located in Natick center this will be a "coffee and donut" stop and an additional location for members to join the tour. From Natick we will proceed to the Micro car Museum in Hudson Ma. Owned and Operated by Charles Goulde this collection of over 50 micro cars will be an interesting stop. Museum tour should last 1 hour. All donations are accepted to help with the museums operating costs. From the Museum our cruise will take us to the Airport Cafe in Stow, our stopping point for lunch the past three years, this is an ideal stop to meet your fellow members. Lunch will consist of the choice of three sandwiches, dessert and beverage. Bring your chairs and plan a picnic. Some outdoor seating and tables will be provided. After lunch the tour will proceed to either the Wayside Inn located in Sudbury or Riley's Roast Beef for dessert, probably both. This will end the 2005 tour usually at or near 4pm. |

| TBA | "Time Machines 2006," 27th Annual Antique Car Show & Flea Market, 8am-3pm, Coginchaug High School, Route 17 (Main St.), Durham, CT. This year's event again features the VW-only car show class open to ALL Volkswagens, stock & modified, up to & including model year 1978; class sponsored by Common Gear Antique Volkswagen Society. Event is rain or shine, and the proceeds go to many worthy area charities.
